Subramaniam Srikanthalingam – Admitted in 1992 (Attorney at Law in 1985)
Supervises all areas of Law

Supervisor in all the areas of Law since 1992, involving more than 20,500 clients’ files to date (as of November 2018).
He is the supervising Principal of this firm. Having admitted as an Attorney at Law in Sri Lanka in 1985, he qualified as a solicitor in 1992.He established the practice in September 1992andsupervises all the Departments in the firm. He is the Firm’s Money Laundering Officer, COLP, COFA and Complaints Handler.
Mr Srikanthalingam has extensive experience in the field of Immigration Law, Family Law and Litigation and actively deals with cases on a supervisory basis. He has built up a reputation for providing clients with the most efficient service and advice, to deal with matters cost-effectively.
Involved in charitable activities, Mr Srikanthalingam has set up a charity in 2002 in the name of ORHAN Sri Lanka UK together with his friends, to help raise awareness and fund a school for the mentally handicapped children in Sri Lanka. His hobbies include gardening and reading.
John Robin Bertram Hill – Admitted in 1973

Supervised by the Principal, Mr Subramaniam Srikanthalingam
Robin Hill is the Head of Conveyancing at the firm. He was admitted in 1973 having transferred from the Bar Course.
In his 42 years of experience, he has gained a wide range of knowledge and skills in property matters for corporate, retail and private clients. Such work includes developments, commercial leasing, disposals and acquisitions. He has also handled a variety of high value residential purchases and sales and enjoys handling complex transactions. He joined Sri kanth& co in 2012 after having practiced on his own right and as an associates solicitor at various places for few years.
He enjoys watching football as a keen supporter of Crystal Palace FC.
Sriluxman Srikanthalingam – Joined in 2010
Head of Conveyancing
Graduated with a Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course.

Sriluxman graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Manchester and completed his LPC at the University of West London. He handles the Property Department dealing with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and also deals with Family Law, Wills & Probate.
He enjoys playing football during the weekends and socialising with friends. He also actively helps with ORHAN Sri Lanka UK in order to raise awareness.
Shilen Samani – Joined in 2011
Head of Litigation - Civil & Commercial and Landlord & Tenant matters
Graduated with a Law Degree and completed his Masters and the Legal Practice Course.

Percentage of his time spent on all areas: Litigation (10%) - Civil & Commercial and Landlord & Tenant matters (10%), Employment Law (10%) Road Traffic Offences (5%), Immigration (10%), Family Law (15%), Court of Protection (5%), Wills & Probate (10%), Conveyancing (10%), Lasting Power of Attorney (5%) and Housing (5%), other areas (5%).

Shilen Samani graduatedwith a Law degree and also completed his LPC and Masters in Law at the University of Hertfordshire. He handles Road Traffic, Immigration, Family Law, Court of Protection and Wills & Probate; he mainly specialises in Litigation – Civil & Commercial and Landlord & Tenant and also assists in the Property Department.
He enjoys watching sports and is an avid Manchester United fanwho usually spends his spare time socialising with friends.
Jayanthan Yogarajah – Joined in 2000
Jayanthan Yogarajah: Non Legal Caseworker
Number of years of experience: Since 2000.
Joined the firm in 2000
Estimated number of cases he has dealt with: over 4000 immigration cases, (as of November 2018) in relevance to applications, sponsorships and appeals.
Percentage of his time spent: Immigration (90%) and other areas (10%).
Supervised by the Principal, Mr Subramaniam Srikanthalingam
Jayanthan deals with a wide range of Immigration matters including very complex Immigration cases and advises clients on various applications. He is a key member of the Immigration Department and has extensive knowledge in the area of Immigration Law and Guidance Policy.
He enjoys watching cricket and follows both the World Cups and IPL tentatively. He is also a dedicated member of ORHAN Sri Lanka UK and assists in fund raisers.
Gunasegaram Anton Bertram – Practice Manager
Bertram has been an integral part of this firm and assists in the day to day running and management of the practice. He enjoys travelling and socialising.
Muriel Dominic – Secretary
Muriel has been with this practice since March 1995, near its inception and has been one of the key members of the firm who has helped establish such a key presence in the North-West London area. She is a School Governor and also teaches at Harrow Tamil & Fine Arts School and her local Sunday School. Muriel enjoys readings and cooking.
Mary Emmanuel-Karikari – Secretary
Mary has been an integral part of the Firm and the Property Team since 2001. She has helped develop the firm and has been an asset to the practice. She enjoys assisting with social events.
Sivamathy Varatharajah – Part-Time Secretary
Sivamathy has been with this practice since December 1993, one of the longest serving staff member of the Team. She has been an integral part of the firm and has always been committed to pushing this firm forward helping it grow over the years.
She enjoys watching documentaries and travelling in her spare time. Sivamathy is also involved in various charities and dedicates her time to help the needy.
Pathmalogini Srikanthalingam – Part-Time Admin
Pathmalogini joined the practice in October 1993 and is currently the longest serving member of the Team. She deals with various tasks in assisting with the management and administration of the firm. Pathmalogini is a key member of the Team and has helped develop the firm to where it stands today.
She enjoys learning and performing Bharatanatyam (Indian dance) and listening to Carnatic music as well as helping a UK registered charity - ORHAN Sri Lanka UK to raise funds and awareness.
However, whilst we consider ourselves well experienced in the matters we undertake we never forget that we are dealing with people, frequently disadvantaged, who may find the law complex and daunting.
